With 54.4 m² usable it meets the new-dwelling minimum of Cataluña (36 m²), País Vasco (35 m²), Comunitat Valenciana (30 m²), Illes Balears (30 m²), Extremadura (25 m²), ciudad de Madrid (40 m²). Estimated ceiling height of 2.50 m: it meets the 2.50 m of those regulations.

- Living room and bedroom 4.64 m wide: far more comfortable than a single container.
- A separate office for remote work or occasional guests.
- North–south cross-ventilation across the whole living area.
Against
- Removing the shared wall means a beam and columns hidden in the partitions, and a well-sealed roof joint.
- The office does not count as a bedroom: at 9.4 m² with a door to the hall, the ayuntamiento could count it as one.
Sun orientation
Containers on an east–west axis; living room and bedrooms to the south, kitchen/bathroom to the north; continuous overhang to the south.
