Terms of sale for the Contentar guide

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Who sells

Gustavo Brado, sole trader based in Portugal. Portuguese tax number (NIF) 219124787. Address: Rua Francisco Lucas Pires, 54, lote 19, 1.º Esq., 3030-489 Coimbra (Portugal). Email: [email protected]. This activity does not need an administrative authorisation.

Contentar (casacontentor.com) is an independent project: it does not sell containers or building work. Site designed and built by brado.design.

What you buy

The guide is in Spanish. It is the Spain edition, written in Spanish. An English edition is in preparation and is not part of this purchase.

It is digital content with no physical medium. The PDF opens in any PDF reader, on a computer or a phone. The Excel file opens in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers or Google Sheets. The files have no copy protection. They are for your personal use: you may not resell them or share them publicly.

Price and payment

€19, VAT included. There are no delivery or other charges. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page, which shows the payment methods available. If you need an invoice with your tax number, enter it in the field provided at checkout.

The sale is aimed at mainland Spain and the Illes Balears. If you live in Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla, write to us before you buy: the taxes there are different.

Delivery

Right after payment you get an email with the download links: the PDF and the Excel file together in a zip file, or each one separately. That email also confirms the contract. The links are valid for 7 days. If they expire or the email does not arrive (check Promotions and Spam too), write to [email protected] and we will send new ones.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

When you buy at a distance you normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right is lost when the supply starts, if you have first given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose it (article 103 m) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU).

So before you go to payment you have to tick this box. It is not ticked by default and you cannot pay without it:

“I expressly ask for the download of the Contentar guide (digital content) to start immediately and accept that, once the download has started, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103 m) of the TRLGDCU).”

If you do not want to accept it, do not go ahead with payment: nothing is charged. The purchase email confirms your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.

As long as you have not started any download, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase. Write to [email protected] saying that you withdraw from the contract and we will refund the full amount, by the same payment method, within 14 days at most.

If the guide is faulty

The guide has to match what this page describes. If a file is faulty, incomplete or will not open, write to us: we will fix it or send it again, free of charge. If we cannot solve it, we will reduce the price or refund you. These guarantee rights for digital content come from the law and you keep them when you give up the right of withdrawal.

What the guide is and is not

The guide is general information, checked as far as possible at the date of the edition. It is not a substitute for an architect, an engineer, a lawyer, a tax adviser or your ayuntamiento (town hall), and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. Planning and habitability rules depend on each autonomous community and each municipality, and they change. The plans are study plans and do not replace a project signed by an architect. The list prices are indicative and change.

Applicable law

This contract is governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in Spain, that does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of Spanish consumer law (Regulation (EU) 593/2008, article 6). You can bring a claim before the courts where you live.

Complaints

Write to us first at [email protected].

If you are not satisfied, you can go to the municipal consumer information office (OMIC) of your ayuntamiento, to your autonomous community’s consumer services or to the European Consumer Centre in Spain, which helps with purchases from sellers in another EU country. As a seller in Portugal, we also have the electronic complaints book (livroreclamacoes.pt).

Personal data

To deliver the guide we use your email address and your name. See the privacy page.
