How much it costs

Between €36,726 and €49,688, VAT included and a ±15% margin. Balanced finish, one-trip containers, urban plot with water, power and sewage. The land is not included.

0.90 m corridor and a 7.5 m² bedroom 2.20 m wide: it works, but it is tight.
