With 76.3 m² usable it meets the new-dwelling minimum of Cataluña (36 m²), País Vasco (35 m²), Comunitat Valenciana (30 m²), Illes Balears (30 m²), Extremadura (25 m²), ciudad de Madrid (40 m²). Estimated ceiling height of 2.50 m: it meets the 2.50 m of those regulations.

- The top container sits corner on corner on one of the lower ones: a simple structure.
- Takes the footprint of a 1-bedroom house (12 × 4.9 m) and gives 2 bedrooms with an office.
Against
- Opening the floor and roof for the stairs needs reinforcement.
- Bedroom 2 is tight (9.4 m², 2.20 m wide).
Sun orientation
East–west axis; living room to the south with a glazed door; office upstairs with windows to the south and north.
