Contentar (casacontentor.com) is an independent project: it does not sell containers or building work. Site designed and built by brado.design.

The estimates

The calculator, the plans and the material lists are general information, checked as far as possible in November 2026. Figures are in pounds, with VAT at 20% and a ±15% margin, without land, heat pump, solar panels, warranty, CIL or stamp duty. They are not quotes and not a substitute for an architect, a structural engineer, the council, building control, a lawyer or an accountant. Planning rules differ between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and they change.

The plans are study plans and do not replace drawings prepared for a planning or Building Regulations application. Shop prices are indicative and change.

The UK guide

The UK edition of the Contentar guide is in preparation and is not on sale yet. If you join the waiting list, we only use your email to tell you when it is out. Nothing is charged. When it goes on sale, its terms of sale, including the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, will be published here before you can buy.
